After five days of intensive, hands-on training, participants successfully completed the Excel 2021 fundamentals program on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Frontier Libya for training and consulting’s headquarters in Benghazi. Held from November 16 to 20, 2025, the program reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening digital competencies and building professional capacity across the public sector.
The program was delivered for employees of the Libyan Ministry of Health as the first initiative implemented under the partnership agreement between Frontier Libya and the Ministry. As the inaugural step in this strategic collaboration, the program was designed to enhance participants’ proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strengthen workplace efficiency, and support the Ministry’s broader digital transformation objectives within the healthcare sector.
Analysis of pre- and post-training assessments demonstrated a substantial improvement in knowledge and practical skills, with average scores increasing from 46.36% before training to 85.45% after completion (an overall improvement rate of 39.09%). 100% of participants acquired new skills and recommended the course to their colleagues.
Strategic Recommendations:
- Establish a sustainable national pathway for digital competency development from Excel to advanced data analytics.
- Link training participation to clear KPIs to ensure measurable institutional impact.
- Adopt the program as a reference training model across health departments.
- Implement a learning-by-doing approach for immediate practical workplace application.
The program concluded with a high level of commitment and active engagement, reflecting participants' dedication to developing new skills and supporting institutional performance.
